Also, if I were you, I would take down the Avril 4Music Special torrent. Since those performances were released on the Japanese tour edition of GL, someone might report the torrent for including released material. I wont report it, but Ive seen people on dime be very picky about that in the past, so I thought I would warn you.

07.18.2012, 06:58 | I found the date on a Christina fansite that used to have that video up (Christina Multimedia), so Im pretty sure it is correct. CMM probably deserves the credit for that date more than I do - they did such a great job archiving Christinas performances before their server crashed.
I wouldnt report you - I dont personally have a problem with your upload, I just thought Id warn you that other people might. I mean, that edition of GL is pretty rare, and I doubt you uploading the T4 vids wouldve hurt sales or Avrils career or whatever else. Who knows if the videos on the dvd are even exactly the same as the ones that aired? (Well, I guess if I had seen the dvd versions of the T4 stuff I would know, but I havent, so Im speculating.) They might have some different angles/shots in them or something, but I dont think that would prevent DIME from banning the torrent. Ive seen torrents there banned for even just containing video of a performance that was released officially as audio. (And the T4 smile audio was released on I-forget-which single, so thats another strike against it)... I think dime, like everyone else, is afraid someone will come after them if they come close to infringing copyright, so they continue to be very strict.
