Suggestion (which I will follow later this morning -- OK so I lied above. And I will again. Hey, if it was good enough for the girl with those Sad Eyes)
Download 1st part, extract with 7zip, then play with VLC. (7Zip will normally allow 1 part extraction, and VLC will play part of a file.)
UPDATE: I downloaded 3 parts. Used 7-Zip and VLC and it worked.
Of course it took forever. The downloads take a long long time. You have to wait 2 hours between downloads. As noted in comments, FilePost totally sucks.
This whole thing seems a cruel joke. IMHO the whole thing is not worth it at all.
If the file was good, I would subscribe and become a premium user, long enough to download it all. That is THE only way to download this.
The picture is amazingly clear, as the camera is quite the professional. But the camera-operator is not at the front, and lots of hands and arms get in the way. The picture is clear when held tight, but a lot of the time it is not steady, so the view is often weak.
I added caps below.
The sound BTW is poor.
Why someone would capture a show with such high-end video equipment, and then not bother with high-end audio... stupido! It is a shame because again the camera is awesome, and the file is Blu-ray.
For completists only, who have a lot of time on their hands to download it all, or decide to get a premium FilePost membership.
If any completists do download the whole thing and can up it at another share site, please leave a comment or drop a pm.
Take it or leave it. Best to leave it.
I will not be downloading all 14GB of this file or torrenting. It is not worth it. But then I like a steady picture, and good sound, and I do not like the BS Tour.

The whole thing is a waste. For ultra completists only who want to see Avril sound like shit behind upraised hands all night.
Take it or leave it. The thing can be downloaded. To sample, download a few parts, extract with 7-Zip, and view with VLC.
Get a premium membership and download the whole thing right away. Or download it as a free user, and at two parts a day, it should only take less than a month.
I did not upload this file. I am just passing it along. Like gas.
I am not pushing FilePost or this show. They both suck.
If you folks want, I will delete the post right now. I will turn this bus right around.
